AI Usage Statement

Dec 19, 2025

Our Use of AI

AI has become an important part of modern healthcare operations. When used thoughtfully, it can help teams move faster, reduce manual effort, and focus more time on what actually matters—people, decisions, and outcomes.

We use AI as a tool to support efficiency, insight, and scale—not as a replacement for human expertise, judgment, or responsibility. Our platform is built by staffing experts first, with AI used intentionally to enhance the work they already do.

We use AI as a supportive tool to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scale, while keeping people firmly in control.

How We Use AI

Our platform uses AI to:

  • Aggregate and process real-time VMS, ATS, and direct job data
  • Reduce repetitive manual work
  • Improve speed, relevance, and signal quality in workflows
  • Support better prioritization and insights
  • Improve the speed of developing new features

AI helps us do these things faster and more reliably—but it does not replace human expertise or decision-making.

What We Don't Believe Is Acceptable

We do not support or engage in AI practices that undermine trust or accountability, including:

  • Training AI on copyrighted, proprietary, or confidential data without permission
  • Using AI to misrepresent information or automate decisions without transparency
  • Applying AI in ways that remove human oversight
  • Using sensitive healthcare or staffing data beyond its intended purpose

In healthcare, responsibility matters more than novelty.

Ethical Use of AI in Healthcare

We believe ethical AI use means:

  • Supporting human decision-making, not replacing it
  • Using AI in clearly defined, purpose-driven ways
  • Ensuring outputs are reviewable and explainable
  • Designing systems informed by real healthcare staffing workflows

AI should enhance care delivery and staffing operations—not complicate or obscure them.

Our Commitment to Responsible AI

We are committed to using AI in a way that is:

  • Transparent – We are clear about where AI is used in our platform
  • Human-centered – People remain accountable for decisions and outcomes
  • Healthcare-aware – Designed with real-world staffing and compliance needs in mind
  • Continuously reviewed – Evaluated as technology and best practices evolve

Responsible AI is an ongoing commitment, not a checkbox.

Data Security and Privacy

Protecting sensitive information is critical—especially in healthcare.

Our AI usage follows strict security and data-handling practices, including:

  • Limiting data access to only what is necessary
  • Not using customer data to train external or generalized AI models without consent
  • Applying strong access controls and privacy safeguards
  • Treating healthcare-related data with heightened care and responsibility

Your data remains yours. Always.

Human Oversight Comes First

AI is a tool, not an authority. We ensure that:

  • Humans remain involved in critical workflows
  • AI outputs are treated as assistance, not final decisions
  • Accountability stays with people, not algorithms

In healthcare, judgment and responsibility can’t be automated.

Moving Forward Thoughtfully

AI is evolving quickly, and so are the standards around its use. We stay informed, adapt carefully, and remain focused on using AI in ways that earn trust, today and long-term.

If you have questions about how AI is used in our platform, we’re always happy to talk.
