01 The Before

A mess of data, and no bandwidth to fix it

04The After

Trust restored, and hours given back

After launch, the change was immediate. Recruiters trust their Bullhorn data again and no longer work out of the VMS systems, not a single one. Every job flows into the Jobifi tool no matter what, so even brand-new facilities don't stop the team from pitching roles to candidates while mapping happens behind the scenes.

It's the first piece of technology we have ever adopted where every single recruiter had positive things to say and adopted it off the bat.

The rest followed. Submittal counts and candidate engagement rose noticeably, with job info reaching candidates directly. The planned hire to manage job data was scrapped.
